
Do Not Thaw.
MICROWAVE: Remove 2 fillets from packaging and place on a microwave safe dish. Cover with plastic wrap, venting one corner. Cook on high 5-6 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking. Let rest 1-2 minutes before removing from the microwave.
BAKE: Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove from packaging and place fillets on a foil lined baking sheet on center rack of oven. Bake for 22-24 minutes.
FROM THAWEDThaw in refrigerator.

GRILL: Preheat grill on high. Remove fillets from packaging and place on grill, reducing heat to medium. Grill 3-4 minutes per side.
