maybe we should build some 1000 ft. water towers, and larger.....with sprinkler heads at the top and in 100 rotating heads covering a 5000 foot 'footprint' (water print).......
this can also create green zones around forest fires.... and an area can be soaked when a forest fire is approaching......
build the water tower with layers of water in the walls...so that the mass of water will be gravity fed downward and outward fans of water.......... add some condo's or apartments and shopping...
kinda like steppe farming on mountains...but no tires on the ground....man made rain.... big interconnected sprinkler circles of man made rain...using prevailing winds to expand the circles...
