store it in 500 - 1000 foot 'high pressure water sprinklers' that cover lands wit water in huge footprints...(water prints)....build the sprinkler 'machines' as city or rural 'blocks' of reliable water reseviors as 1000ft tall sprinkler buildings....
like oil drilling derricks except much larger.... tall sprinklers in the sky providing rain in ever growing footprints... for city gardens and crops....
