might increase revenues..... utilizing smaller routes as one aspect of a usps redesign "update", for example.
design the hubs as to daily use(mailings) maps...
and still maintain max employment....as much as possible.
call it usps BAM BAM delivery.........or: uspsx2bb
the time zones can expedite the process of 2x day delivery i think also.
every address 2x a day that need it, 5 days a week, once on saturday.
u might be able to actually grow mail delivery employment too.
our us gubberment needs to leave inventions to the inventors....
and USE usa our natural resources accordingly....full tilt boogie....
the inventors will invent replacements soon enuff.
